Most of our properties have a 2-night minimum stay. During peak seasons (summer, major holidays, fall foliage) a 3-night minimum may apply. Check each property's calendar or contact us for specific requirements around your dates.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at either property. We appreciate your understanding and ask that guests make arrangements for their pets prior to arrival.

Our standard policy offers a full refund for cancellations made 14+ days before check-in. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in receive a 50% refund. No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Direct bookings may have more flexibility than OTA bookings — reach out and we'll work with you.
